are tasslehoff hats mainly for african-americans?
i bought one and my brother told me that mostly black people wear these hats. i don't want someone to answer me telling me that it doesn't matter your skin color, i can wear whatever i want, etc. I want the truth, are these mainly for people who follow hip-hop/urban culture?

I'm African-American and i don't wear those
and most of my friends don't wear those.
i live in Florida, and i hardly see those
so maybe those hats are big up north or something,
but i must add, i have seen a couple of Caucasian wearing it.
