When faxing multiple pages, should I send the cover letter last, so it will be the top page when received?
If I send the pages in the correct order, such as a cover letter first then page 1, page 2, etc., and the receiving fax machine receives the pages in the order I send them, wouldn't that make the cover letter end up on the bottom of the stack when received? Thanks for any info you could give!
Here at office, our machine receive all its faxes faced down, so just imagine it, a three page fax when pick up all at once and turned it will end up facing the first one that was receive at the person who pick it up.
